Cause Flip arms need adjustment. Action Check flip arm deflection and tension. Cause Undersize card. Action Check that the correct cards are being used. Load new cards. Cause Flip position wrong. Action If card is in the flip arms and carriage is at home position (at card hopper) then flip position adjust is incorrect. Adjust position so card does not come down on front pick edge of card carriage. Cause Elevator sensor needs adjustment. Action Check/adjust elevator sensor.

Cause Card guides are too high. Action Lower guides to be 0.005'' above the card. Cause Front pick edge on card carriage is loose. Action Tighten front pick edge on card carriage.

| POWER light and ALARM light on, "Flip jam error" message |

Cause Card jammed at flip station. Action Open front cover, power off printer. Making sure not to force flip arms, remove jammed card. Close front cover. Printer will reset flip arms. When ALARM light stops flashing, printer is initialized. If ALARM light continues to flash, turn printer off and then back on. If this does not work, call Technician.
