Eltron Card Printer Group Launches ClickAssist™ Online Interactive Customer Support

 
CAMARILLO, Calif., April 4, 2001 — Zebra Technologies Corporation (Nasdaq: ZBRA), the worldwide leader in bar code labeling solutions and plastic card printers, today announced the launch of its powerful ClickAssist™ online interactive customer support system. It is available now on the Zebra Card Printer web site at www.zebracard.com.

ClickAssist™ provides fast, comprehensive, Web-based support to Eltron Card Printer customers twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, worldwide. The new system is comprised of five modules designed to respond to a variety of potential customer support needs. The Inquiry page answers "how to" type questions related to product functionality such as connecting and encoding and to commercial/administrative processes.

The Self Help page provides answers to questions about specific Eltron card printer product models. A Search page finds answers based on keywords and phrases. Direct inquiry is supported through the Ask Eltron page, which responds via email and provides a link for additions or updates to previously asked questions. Customers can access previously submitted questions via the Customer Log-in function.

ClickAssist™ deploys RightNow Web, the award-winning customer support software from RightNow Technologies.
