CAMARILLO, Calif., July 13, 1999 — Zebra Technologies Corporation (Nasdaq: ZBRA) the worldwide leader in bar code and plastic card output solutions, today announced its strategic partnership with Sandia Imaging, Dallas, TX, to sell Eltron brand card printer products.
Sandia Imaging provides ID card printing solutions for government projects and applications such as national ID programs, drivers licenses, facility passes, membership cards and access control cards.
Jean-Pierre Arnaudo, president and CEO of Sandia Imaging stated, "Sandia Imaging has introduced Eltron printers to enhance its core business of government applications and secure identification cards. Sandia Imaging is looking forward to offering the Eltron product line to provide economical, reliable solutions with an array of printers for multiple applications."

Sandia Imaging, founded in 1993, develops, manufactures and sells dye sublimation printers for the plastic card industry.
