Eltron Announces Symbol Technologies to Distribute Eltron Printers |

SIMI VALLEY, Calif., September 10, 1998 — Leading designer and manufacturer of thermal receipt, bar code label and plastic card printers, Eltron International, today announced that Symbol Technologies, Holtsville, New York, will distribute Eltron's full line of printer products, extending Symbol's reach into key markets such as retail, healthcare, education, and shipping.
Eltron will supply Symbol from its comprehensive line of desktop, benchtop, portable label, bar code and receipt printers, and consumables. Also included in the deal are Eltron's Privilege Series plastic ID card printers and Max Secure Series secure ID printing systems.
